What We Need From You.

We keep it classic: tent, griddle, done. Here's what it takes to make that work at your spot.

$800 Minimum

That's around 55 Single Supreme combos. Bigger crew, same deal.

20' x 20' Flat Area

Level ground to set up, cook and serve. No hills or slopes.

Vehicle Access

We need to drive right up to the service area.

Private Property

Your place, or a private rental at a public location.

14-Day Heads Up

Final head count, menu and drink picks are due two weeks out.

Rain or Shine

Deposits are non-refundable, bad weather included.

Allergies Up Front

Let us know about allergies or special requests when you put down your deposit.

Up to 2 Hours of Service

We arrive an hour early to set up. Need longer? Ask us.

Out of Town? We Travel.

Events more than 30 miles out add a travel fee.

One bill, host pays. This isn't a pay-per-order pop-up. Your guests just eat. You get one invoice based on your final head count, sent the day after the event.

10% gratuity + sales tax get added to the final total. The gratuity goes straight to the Factory Team, no need to tip on the day. The $800 minimum is before gratuity and tax.
